Production Engineer

EQUIPOS JMA, a company specialized in manufacturing commercial equipment, is seeking a Production Engineer with experience in the metal-mechanical industry; Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing systems focused on production. The primary objective is to ensure that manufacturing operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality standards, strategically integrating human resources, materials, and processes. Key responsibilities: \* Process optimization: Analysis and continuous improvement of production processes to increase operational efficiency. \* Quality control: Ensuring finished equipment complies with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements. \* Production floor management: Supervision of assembly lines and manufacturing processes, immediate resolution of incidents, and prevention of operational stoppages. \* Resource administration: Coordination of personnel, schedules, and materials to ensure adherence to production plans. \* Production tracking: Monitoring manufacturing progress, on-time delivery compliance, and generation of operational reports. \* Continuous improvement and safety: Implementation of corrective and preventive actions, as well as monitoring of industrial safety regulations and good manufacturing practices.
