Continuous training in private security At SPG Seguridad Privada Guepardos, we seek an Intramural Operations Supervisor with field leadership, operational judgment, and a results-oriented approach, responsible for coordinating and supervising security personnel, ensuring protocol compliance, service continuity, and customer satisfaction. General Purpose of the Position: To effectively lead and supervise the performance of intramural security personnel, ensuring facility protection, adherence to internal guidelines, and compliance with current regulations governing private security. Work Location: * Assigned intramural services (primarily field-based work). * Corporate offices: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Bellavista (very close to Plaza San Marcos). Requirements: * Age: 30 to 45 years. * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in security, criminology, administration, or related fields). * Minimum experience: 12 months as an intramural supervisor or in a similar role. * Schedule: 24 x 24\. * Availability for field work and commuting during traffic hours. Job Challenges: * Coordinating and supervising daily activities of intramural personnel. * Ensuring compliance with security protocols and procedures. * Guaranteeing compliance with applicable legal and labor regulations. * Participating in internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions. Main Responsibilities: * Operational supervision in the field (80%) and administrative follow-up (20%). * Management, control, and leadership of operational staff. * Shift planning, coverage scheduling, and service programming. * Internal communication with clients, guards, and support departments. * Regulatory compliance in private security. * Continuous training and coaching of personnel. * Preparation and submission of reports, logs, and incident records. * Handling and resolution of operational conflicts. Position Performance Metrics: * Timely reporting of incidents. * Minimization of risks, thefts, or operational failures. * Accurate completion of logs and reports. * Attendance control and operational discipline. * Adherence to internal policies and company guidelines. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in electronic devices (60%). * Proficiency in standard vehicles (100%). * Knowledge of private security laws and regulations (minimum 50%). * Familiarity with security technologies and standard operating procedures.
