Conducting extrajudicial collection activities and recovery negotiations. **Join our team as a Payment Solutions Advisor!** **Work Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco.** Location: 5 minutes from Plaza Patria **Join a team where your communication skills make the difference.** We seek a Payment Solutions Advisor with a proactive attitude, results orientation, and excellent customer service skills. Your mission will be to manage accounts, negotiate agreements, and assist customers in regularizing their payments. **Responsibilities / Activities:** * Analyze credit files of assigned customers. * Conduct extrajudicial collection activities in accordance with internal policies. * Carry out debt recovery negotiations. * Record and register completed activities in the internal system. * Maintain updated information for timely delivery of requested client reports. * Meet objectives and targets for the assigned portfolio. **Requirements:** * Experience in telephone collections or portfolio management (minimum 6 months – 1 year). * Basic PC and tracking platform proficiency. * Negotiation skills and ability to handle objections. * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Base salary plus productivity bonus. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Major medical expense insurance after 3 years. * Life insurance after 5 years. * One Friday per month with a half-day off in the afternoon. **Working Conditions:** **Rotating Schedule:** * Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Week 2: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * *(Both shifts include a 1-hour lunch break)* * Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Submit your application for this position or email it to reclutamiento2@doa.m x
