We are seeking an experienced **labor lawyer** to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for handling labor cases, advising our clients, and representing them in court when necessary. Requirements * Law degree with official title and professional license (Mandatory) * In-depth Knowledge: Expertise in labor laws, social security, case law, and REPSE regulations. Responsibilities * **Legal Advisory:** Advise clients on labor laws, employment contracts, rights, and obligations. * **Judicial Representation:** Represent clients in lawsuits involving dismissals, monetary claims, sanctions, or workplace accidents. * **Collective Bargaining:** Participate in negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and union agreements. * **Contract Management:** Review, draft, and advise on the execution and termination of employment contracts. * **Social Security:** Manage procedures related to disabilities, retirements, pensions, and workplace accidents. * **Occupational Risk Prevention:** Advise on occupational safety and health to prevent disputes and ensure regulatory compliance. * **Conflict Resolution:** Intervene in disputes, workplace harassment cases, and extrajudicial mediations.
