REQUIREMENTS: * Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Criminology, Supply Chain, or related fields * 2 years of experience in leadership positions * 2 years of experience in transportation and GPS monitoring. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assign monitoring staff on shift to active accounts based on trip volume. * Serve as the first escalation point for operational incidents to guide and support monitoring staff with solutions. * Ensure monitoring staff send defined updates to clients during their shift. * Activate security protocols with authorities for vehicle identification and verification. * Submit the team's productivity report four times per shift, including appropriate comments, analysis, and actions based on team performance indicators.
