**General Job Objective** Ensure Good Storage Practices regarding order, cleanliness, classification, and documentation to preserve goods and storage and distribution facilities. * Education: High school diploma * 2 years of experience in positions such as Coordinator, Analyst, Supervisor, or Inventory Supervisor. * Must not live more than 45 minutes from the area. * Age: 25 to 40 years old. **Knowledge Required** * Coordination or analysis experience in physical inventory taking. * Advanced Excel skills. * Super-user proficiency in a WMS and/or ERP system. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Frustration tolerance. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring incoming, transfer, and outgoing merchandise movements in the WMS, ensuring records are complete and timely. * Supporting users in WMS usage. * Conducting cyclic inventories. * Inventory reconciliation. * Inventory ledger maintenance. Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
