Position: Organizational Development Generalist / HR Assistant * Work mode: Remote * Required location: Mexico City (CDMX) or surrounding areas * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. What will be your mission? Support key Human Resources processes, primarily in Organizational Development, including implementation of NOM\-035, workplace climate assessments, performance evaluations, and training activities.
