Development of reliable and timely financial projections **FINANCE MANAGER** Responsible for strategically leading and coordinating the organization’s financial functions, with particular emphasis on financial planning, revenue and expenditure management, and the development of reliable and timely financial projections. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 28 to 40 years * Flexible working hours availability * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration (LAE), or related field. * Minimum 5 years verifiable experience in administrative and financial areas. * Knowledge of Mexican tax and accounting regulations, cost control, and budgeting. * Competencies: leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, effective communication. Responsibilities: 1\. Develop and monitor the annual budget. 2\. Forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flow. 3\. Supervise daily cash flow. 4\. Authorize payments and manage collections. 5\. Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). 6\. Evaluate project and investment profitability. 7\. Determine financing requirements. 8\. Negotiate credit facilities with banks or investors. 9\. Control costs and optimize expenditures. 10\. Design strategies to increase profitability. 11\. Monitor financial indicators (KPIs). 12\. Manage financial risks (exchange rates, interest rates, etc.). 13\. Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. 14\. Coordinate internal and external audits. 15\. Supervise accounting records and reporting. 16\. Present financial reports to senior management. 17\. Support strategic decision-making. 18\. Evaluate investment and financing policies. 19\. Manage relationships with banks and stakeholders.
