In this role, your main responsibilities will include: * Coordinate and manage the Executive Director’s agenda or events—scheduling appointments, making confirmation calls, and handling delegated tasks—to support the Director and enable focus on strategic activities. * Update and archive documents generated by the Executive Director’s office, ensuring proper integration, custody, and control of work files to guarantee the integrity of information handled within the area. * Receive, classify, and distribute incoming correspondence and telephone calls to the Executive Director’s office—reviewing origin, destination, subject, and priority level—to route them appropriately to relevant team members for attention and resolution. * Provide administrative support for travel, per diems, and payments for personnel in the area, coordinating with involved departments while adhering to established guidelines and procedures, to deliver necessary administrative support for operational activities. * Monitor stationery and office supplies inventory and consumption, placing periodic orders according to area needs to prevent shortages that could affect the Executive Director’s team performance. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength.
