Job Summary: We are seeking a telephone, digital, and mass collections officer responsible for recovering overdue balances by negotiating payment agreements in a professional and ethical manner. Key Highlights: 1. Manage overdue balance recovery professionally and ethically. 2. Negotiate payment agreements and follow up on customer commitments. 3. Goal- and commission-based work with a results-oriented and disciplined approach. Job Objective: Recover overdue balances through telephone, digital, and mass outreach, negotiating payment agreements with customers in a professional, ethical, and results-driven manner. Main Responsibilities \- Contact customers with overdue accounts (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email) \- Negotiate payments, restructuring, or settlements \- Execute mass outreach campaigns \- Follow up on payment commitments \- Record interactions in the system \- Meet recovery targets Competencies: \* Tolerance and frustration management. \* Firm yet non-offensive demeanor. \* Resilience in the face of customer refusal. \* Discipline and consistency in account follow-up. \* Professional ethics and absolute confidentiality of information. \* Goal- and results-oriented mindset. Skills: \* Excellent verbal communication and call control. \* Basic Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. \* Basic handling of objections, evasions, and resistance to payment. \* Ability to finalize agreements, settlements, and commitments. \* Clear, confident, and coherent argumentation. \* Basic writing skills for outreach and follow-up. \* Goal- and commission-based work. Experience: \* Experience in late-stage collections. \* Microsoft Office proficiency. \* Understanding of key metrics: “recovery, commitments, productivity”. \* Proficiency with mass outreach tools (predictive dialers, bulk SMS/WhatsApp/email sending, etc.).
