AI Specialist-Remote

Description

**About Us** Rooted Lawn and Landscape is a premium residential landscaping company based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We're systems\-driven, tech\-forward, and constantly exploring how AI and automation can streamline our operations and unlock new opportunities. **The Role** We're looking for an AI Specialist Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us build and implement AI\-powered solutions across our business. This is a creative, flexible role where you'll work directly with our founder to experiment with new tools, automate workflows, and solve problems as they come up. No two days will be identical. **Key Responsibilities** Help design and build AI automations that improve our operations, whether that's customer communication, data analysis, content creation, or workflow optimization. Develop and refine prompts for various AI tools and models to get the results we need. Research emerging AI tools and platforms and recommend which ones fit our business needs. Work on ad hoc projects and ideas that come up—you'll be thinking creatively about where AI can add value. Troubleshoot AI workflows and iterate based on results and feedback. **Must\-Have Qualifications** Fluent English, both written and spoken. Solid hands\-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar language models. Experience building automations or workflows, whether through Zapier, Make, or custom integrations. Strong problem\-solving skills and comfortable learning new tools quickly. Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion. **Nice\-to\-Have** Experience with CRM platforms or business automation tools. Familiarity with marketing or sales workflows. Previous virtual assistant experience. **Compensation** 5\-15 dollars per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills. **How to Apply** Submit your resume, a brief portfolio or examples of AI projects you've worked on, and a short note about why you're interested in this role. Does that hit the mark, or would you like me to adjust the tone, add anything, or tweak the responsibilities? Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time, Contract Work Location: Remote
