**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** in notarial practice
Knowledge of notarial law.

Prior experience working at a notary office.
Excellent writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Education: Technical degree or incomplete university degree.
Main responsibilities
Draft notarial documents
Manage and control documentation.
Administrative support.
* **Drafting Notarial Instruments:** Drafting public deeds for sale-purchase agreements, donations, and sale-purchase agreements with INFONAVIT credit, as well as minutes of ordinary and extraordinary assemblies.
* **File Management:** Assembling, organizing, and controlling notarial files from opening through to execution of the instrument.
* **Document Review:** Validating parties' legal documentation (IDs, certificates, official statements) to ensure legal sufficiency.
* **Client Service:** Providing in-person service to clients and appearing parties, ensuring professional, clear, and empathetic treatment.
* **Processing Follow-up:** Managing and tracking procedures before the Public Property Registry and other related government agencies.
* **Notarial Support:** Assisting in managing the notary’s protocol and controlling physical and digital archives.
WORKING HOURS,
MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
STATUTORY BENEFITS.
Salary: $12,000.00 \- $12,500.00 per month
