




Position Summary: Supervision and coordination of workshop operations, including personnel management, unit tracking, and parts inventory administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of workshop activities and personnel 2. Preventive maintenance management and supplier development 3. Comprehensive tracking of units under repair and resource control Unit status review in the workshop Technical advisory support to workshop staff Assignment of tasks to workshop staff Supervision of workshop staff activities Tracking of pending parts orders Tracking of unit repairs conducted both in-house and by external suppliers Providing telephone support and/or coordinating roadside assistance for units experiencing failures en route Data entry into various files (Workshop Summary, KPIs, Maintenance Expense Analysis) Supplier development Data entry into the system (creation of service orders) Development and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans for tractors Control and/or assignment of units to drivers Control of availability of repaired equipment in the workshop (reporting via WhatsApp group messages) Review and control of expenses in the parts warehouse Attendance tracking for assigned personnel (pre-payroll) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company phone Work Location: On-site employment
