We seek a Warehouse Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Coordinate the warehouse team: assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure orderly operations (opening/closing procedures, attendance, and daily workflow). * Supervise material inflows and outflows, delivery notes, and forms, ensuring documentation and controls are up to date. * Measure and improve: design/track KPIs, organize meetings, and propose improvements to optimize processes. * Develop the team: provide feedback, conduct training, resolve conflicts, and manage forklift operator certification/training. **What we’re looking for in you** * Proven experience in warehouse operations and **personnel management**. * Practical leadership skills: ability to organize, monitor progress, and resolve daily operational issues. * Basic Excel proficiency (for control and KPI tracking). * Clear communication and strong coordination with other departments. **What we offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with your experience. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation pay, and profit-sharing. * Grocery vouchers. * Stability and growth opportunities within a solid and expanding company. **This is a role with real impact:** you’ll lead a key team, improve processes, and grow within an established, stable company. **Schedule:** **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Free parking * Employee referral program * Grocery vouchers Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Warehouse manager: 1 year (Mandatory) * Personnel administration: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
