




Job Summary: Installs and maintains FO/Wireless services, resolves incidents, reconfigures equipment, and educates customers on network usage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation and maintenance of FO/Wireless services. 2. Customer support for troubleshooting and service modifications. 3. Equipment reconfiguration and customer training on network usage. * Install FO/Wireless services; handle customer tickets (faults, service expansions/modifications, equipment recovery). * Report port saturation or shortages to infrastructure. * Remove or replace loaned equipment as instructed by work orders. * Reconfigure or reinstall WiFi extenders. * Instruct customers on network usage, equipment operation, and the customer app. * Implement technology upgrades. * Inform the control tower of the current status of ongoing activities (installation, ticket handling). * Record technical closure (photos, signal strength, equipment serial number). * Recover loaned equipment when indicated by the ticket (release port if fiber-optic). * Submit daily cash reports and work orders.
