Strengthening commercial relationships with key customers **Sales Supervisor (Hardware Sector)** **Job Objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and develop the sales team to ensure achievement of commercial goals, increase market share, and guarantee excellent customer service in the hardware sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and lead the sales team (field and/or counter). * Set sales targets and monitor their achievement. * Analyze commercial indicators (sales, margin, inventory turnover). * Develop strategies to increase hardware product sales. * Train the team on products (tools, electrical materials, plumbing, etc.). * Visit key customers and strengthen commercial relationships. * Identify market opportunities and new product lines. * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure product availability. * Prepare sales and performance reports. * Resolve customer issues and support important negotiations. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). * Experience: 2–5 years in sales, preferably in the hardware or construction industry. * Prior experience leading teams. * Knowledge of hardware products (mandatory). * Proficiency in sales KPIs. * Valid driver’s license (for field sales). **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Negotiation and closing sales. * Results orientation. * Effective communication. * Problem solving. * Planning and organization. * Knowledge of the hardware market. **Competencies:** * Customer focus. * Working under pressure. * Decision making. * Proactivity. * Adaptability. **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Sales quota attainment. * Growth of customer portfolio. * Inventory turnover. * Customer retention. **Working Conditions:** * Base salary + commissions. * Bonuses for goal achievement. * Work tools. * Availability for field work.
