Data analysis for strategic decision-making **Phytosanitary Leader \| Agricultural Sector** **Job Objective** Ensure crop health and optimal performance through the design, implementation, and supervision of comprehensive pest, disease, and weed management strategies, guaranteeing the highest quality and phytosanitary standards. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Degree or candidate in Agricultural Engineering, Biology, Plant Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year performing similar duties in the agricultural sector. * **Essential Knowledge:** * Solid expertise in **Integrated Pest Management (IPM)**. * Experience in biological control and scheduling of chemical applications. * Ability to analyze technical data. * **Mobility:** Personal transportation is mandatory. **Key Responsibilities** * **Application Management:** Coordinate and schedule chemical applications based on field incidence reports. * **Team Supervision:** Lead and audit the performance of technical staff (monitors, weevil inspectors, and fumigators). * **Timely Detection:** Supervise continuous field monitoring to identify phytosanitary threats at an early stage. * **Biological Control:** Plan and supervise releases of biological control agents as part of a sustainable strategy. * **Data Analysis:** Interpret monitoring results to support strategic decision-making. **Our Offer** * **Monthly Salary:** $14,000 MXN. * **Statutory Benefits:** Social Security (IMSS), Year-end Bonus, Vacation, and Vacation Premium. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. * Saturday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
