Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional with experience in maintenance and pest management, focused on customer service and continuous improvement. Responsibility, proactivity, and continuous improvement Age: 23 to 35 years old Valid driver's license – MANDATORY REQUIREMENT Education: Completed or incomplete high school Labor competency certificate aligned with the competency standard for Integrated Pest Management Services Honesty and work responsibility Punctuality Maintenance experience Customer communication skills On-the-spot problem resolution Responsible, proactive, customer-service-oriented mindset Experience driving vehicles on highways and within the state of Sonora Knowledge and use of tools Knowledge of and ability to perform electrical installations Organized, capable of suggesting continuous improvement measures Always complete assigned tasks Continuous improvement experience Customer empathy Ongoing training Service-oriented attitude Customer service IMSS number and tax compliance certificate Must reside in the southern part of the city Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
