Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and supervising mechanical workshop operations, including technical management, quality assurance, and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the workshop’s overall operations, from planning to execution. 2. Ensures technical quality of diagnostics and supervises maintenance. 3. Controls resource management and operational personnel in the workshop. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and control of workshop operations (workload, priorities, and commitments) * Technical control of diagnostics and scope (quality from the source) * Supervision of execution (maintenance/repair) and use of standards * Quality control and release (zero rework / First Time Fix) * Management of spare parts, consumables, tools, and workshop assets * Management of operational personnel (technicians and assistants) Salary: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Have you held a similar position in a mechanical workshop? * Do you have experience using electrical scanners?
