Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support the inspection, review, and basic repair of facilities and systems, as well as maintenance of furniture and common areas. A leading company in the management of shopping centers and corporate real estate is looking for your talent — join our team as: **Maintenance Assistant.** Work Location: **Arcos Bosques Shopping Center – Cuajimalpa** Benefits: * Salary: $10,000 gross \+ statutory and above-statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * 35% vacation premium * Social security * 10% savings fund * Life insurance * Vacation days * Grocery vouchers * Restaurant vouchers * Uniforms * Savings box (optional) Responsibilities: * Support for periodic inspections of facilities. * Basic review of electrical systems (bulb replacement, switch and outlet inspection). * Review of hydraulic installations (detection of simple leaks, valve adjustments). * Minor repairs (patching, painting, hardware replacement). * Replacement of basic damaged parts. * Response to failure reports in offices or common areas. * Support for furniture repair. * Support for air conditioning maintenance (filter cleaning). * Support for water pump inspection. * Support for lighting systems. * Painting work in common areas. * Basic repair of ceilings, floors, or walls. * Adjustment of doors, windows, and locks. Requirements: * Completed junior high school with certificate (mandatory) * Minimum 6 months of experience; recent graduates of technical programs in maintenance, electricity, engineering, or related fields. Schedule: Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with one day off per week.
