Job Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator / Manager with experience in inventory control, supervision, and optimization for a hardware distributor. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management and AS/400 handling. 2. Leadership in inventory control, supervision, and optimization. 3. Analytical approach to analyzing inventory discrepancies and shrinkage. **Position:** Inventory Coordinator / Manager **Industry:** Hardware Distributor **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field) * Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management * Proficiency in **AS/400** is mandatory * Intermediate Excel skills (minimum 70% proficiency) * Experience in: * FIFO, FEFO * IRA / ILA * 80/20 and ABC analysis * Dynamic, cyclical, and wall-to-wall inventory counts * Merchandise control (ordering, receiving, stock levels, and invoicing) **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking * Strong sense of urgency * Organization and leadership * Ability to work under pressure **Responsibilities:** * Inventory control and supervision * Coordination of inventory counts * Analysis of inventory discrepancies and shrinkage * Optimization of inventory levels Salary: $12,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
