**Mc Engineering, a company dedicated to the manufacturing of automated machinery with over 15 years of experience, is seeking an HR Manager.** **Requirements:** * Age between 25 and 45 years old * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or Social Work * Minimum one year of experience in similar positions * Availability * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection for operational and administrative positions * Develop, implement, and coordinate procedures and policies for talent attraction, retention, and motivation * Administration and interpretation of psychometric tests * Posting and management of recruitment platforms * Employee onboarding on the first day, continuous performance follow-up * Preparation and management of personnel files * Properly execute the hiring process, submitting complete personnel files to the Administrative Department on time * Coordinate with Administration regarding employee onboarding and offboarding * Communicate with Management regarding incidents, leave requests, tardiness, absences, and staff arrivals and departures at the facility * Deliver and track personnel forms when employees exit to client sites * Labor relations * Performance evaluation of employees * Personnel management * Personnel development * Career development planning * Implementation and monitoring of training programs * Onboarding processes **We offer:** * Base weekly salary of $3,500, tax-free, with growth opportunities * Statutory benefits * Work schedule from Monday to Friday (Saturdays only as required) * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:35 PM * Short-, medium-, and long-term development opportunities Work location: Calz.
