Job Summary: Finvivir is seeking personnel to provide microloans and conduct collections from women in rural communities across Mexico, Peru, and Colombia. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle and travel expenses provided by the company We are Finvivir, an international financial institution operating in Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, exclusively dedicated to providing microloans to women in rural communities. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Visit rural communities using the company’s vehicle to disburse loans and perform collection activities. Weekly pay for out-of-town routes: $1,776 (net) \+ $900 food allowance \= $2,676\. Attendance bonus: $3,000 monthly. Monthly performance bonus: $1,200. Referral bonus: $3,000\.
