Job Summary: Finvivir is seeking personnel to provide microloans and conduct collections for women in rural communities across Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, with availability to travel. We are Finvivir, an international financial institution operating in Mexico, Peru, and Colombia, dedicated exclusively to providing microloans to women in rural communities. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Travel by company vehicle to rural communities to disburse loans and collect repayments. Weekly pay for out-of-town routes: $1,776 net \+ $900 food allowance \= $2,676\. Attendance bonus: $3,000 monthly. $1,200 monthly goal-based bonus. Referral bonus: $3,000\.
