Description
Schedule, supervise, and execute field construction activities, coordinating site engineers, subcontractors, and involved personnel, while adhering to project commitments regarding cost and quality.
* Understand and comprehend the project scope.
* Prepare the construction logbook.
* Develop activity schedules and ensure their implementation.
* Plan upcoming activities, procurement, and deliveries.
* Coordinate work execution with involved personnel during weekly meetings.
* Supervise activities in compliance with requirements (quality, regulations, etc.).
* Adhere to the allocated budget.
* Develop alternatives and make technical decisions during processes.
* Prepare construction progress reports.
* Review subcontractor estimates.
* Prepare the weekly construction progress schedule.
* Track RFI's, change orders, and administrative documents.
* Implement safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines.
* Maintain inventory control of materials and procure supplies.
* Ensure the workplace remains safe, clean, and orderly.
* Resolve problems and emergencies.
* Supervise material quality and specifications.
* Track drawing updates.
* Ensure subcontractors meet their commitments (time/quality).
* Adapt to ongoing changes (administrative, project-related, improvements).
