Oversee the execution of the construction project in accordance with the drawings and technical specifications established in the project plan, within the timeframes specified in the schedule, while complying with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations. **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Understand and comprehend the project scope (quantities and specifications). * Monitor and supervise activities to meet deadlines and requirements (quality, regulations, safety). * Develop the work plan. * Review subcontractor estimates and prepare estimates in the ERP system. * Track weekly construction progress schedule. * Prepare RFIs, change orders, and administrative documents. * Prepare material requisitions. * Prepare weekly progress reports versus schedule. * Implement safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines. * Maintain inventory control of materials and procurement of supplies (warehouse in\-out transactions). * Report unsafe conditions identified on site. * Resolve problems and emergencies. * Supervise material quality and specifications.
