Job Summary: Staff is required to maintain facility cleanliness and organization, following hygiene and safety protocols in a cosmetics laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. Use of basic machinery and chemical products for cleaning tasks We are a cosmetics laboratory where cleanliness is essential; therefore, punctuality and attendance are highly required. Responsibilities: * Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors * Dust furniture, desks, and surfaces * Clean restrooms (sinks, toilets, mirrors) * Disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, equipment) * Empty trash bins * Properly separate and dispose of waste * Restock toilet paper, soap, towels, etc. * Verify availability of cleaning supplies * Clean glass surfaces and windows * Wash carpets or upholstery * Basic operation of machinery (floor polishers, industrial vacuums) * Keep areas organized * Report damages or maintenance needs * Follow hygiene and safety protocols * Proper use of chemical products Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:15 PM Payment is weekly; biweekly payment is $9,000 per month, plus a $600 punctuality bonus and $650 monthly food vouchers, with statutory benefits.
