Part of a company with over 50 years in the market. **TUVACEN**, a hardware distribution company with over 50 years in the market, is looking for your talent as a **BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT** **Work Location:** Tuvacen Obregón, Colonia El Duraznal 37320 ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (with 2-hour lunch break) Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) ***Requirements:*** \-Knowledge of blacksmithing. \-Carpentry \-Welding. \-Electricity. \-Plumbing. \-General building maintenance. ***Education:*** Junior high school ***Responsibilities:*** \-Maintenance at branches. \-Prepare repair quotations. \-Other duties related to the position.
