Management of accounting and administrative documentation A company in the hardware and construction materials sector is looking for an **Accounting Assistant** to support the control and recording of financial transactions, ensuring proper account handling, reconciliations, and tax compliance. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary of $16,000 to $16,500 gross \+ bonuses** * Statutory benefits * Job stability **Location and Schedule** Guadalajara, Jalisco (Camino Viejo a Tesistán) Monday to Friday, **8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.** (1-hour lunch break) **Responsibilities** * Record accounting entries for revenues, expenses, and general journal * Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable * Perform bank reconciliations * Review daily cash reports and cash counts * Assist with electronic invoicing and tax compliance * Manage accounting and administrative documentation **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred) * Proficiency in **accounting software (CONTPAQi, COI, or ERP)** * Intermediate-level **Excel** knowledge * Experience with **electronic invoicing (CFDI 4\.0) and SAT portals** * Attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical ability If you seek stability and growth in the accounting field, apply through this channel!
