




Position Summary: Training Coordinator with industrial sector experience to develop and manage training programs, organizational development initiatives, and audit support. Key Highlights: 1. Organizational development and internal career plan **Training Coordinator** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial sector training. * Knowledge of training regulations (STPS). * Familiarity with management systems (ISO 9001, FSSC2200, desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Identification of training needs in collaboration with department heads. * Analysis and updating of company organizational charts. * Development of training plans and programs based on identified training needs. * Coordination and implementation of performance evaluations for new hires. * Management of position changes. * Design and production of internal communications materials—including announcements, videos, presentations, and infographics. * Development of surveys for NOM-035 psychosocial risk assessment and analysis of resulting data. * Support for internal and external audits (ISO 9001, FSSC2200, STPS, etc.). * Organizational development and internal career planning. * Document control under the Management System. * Maintenance and control of personnel files and contracts for plant staff and new hires. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $14,750.00 to $16,200.00 * Weekly payroll * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Uniforms * Savings fund * Ongoing training * Physical food baskets * School support * Additional rest days beyond those mandated by law Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,750.00 – $16,200.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
