Join our team as: **Training and Development Specialist.** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in: * Training and organizational development. * Labor regulations (STPS). * Use of the SIRCE platform. * Management of training plans, budget control, and vendor administration. * Performance evaluation processes and preparation of Training Needs Assessments (TNA). **Technical Knowledge:** * Development and management of competency and skills matrices. * Instructional design and application of learning methodologies. * Proficiency in the Federal Labor Law. * Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). * Development of instructional materials, assessments, and measurement tools. * Proficiency with systems such as SIRCE and SuccessFactors. **Unit:** San Martín, Zacatecas (Willingness to relocate required)
