**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a **Training Analyst** responsible for gathering information and inventorying current processes based on diagrams and various **DNC** methodologies to develop improved training programs; likewise, they must assist in the creation of training content, requiring skills in audio and video editing as well as knowledge of learning methodologies and training methods. **Responsibilities:** * Gathering information and creating an inventory of current processes. * Producing diagrams and decision trees for the processes listed in the inventory (high level). * Analyzing current processes and identifying training needs. * Reporting process analysis to the Training Coordinator. * Developing and administering training evaluations. * Assisting with logistics and preparation of training syllabi, teaching materials, and required technology. * Managing and developing courses on an E\-learning platform (LMS) (assignments, review, and follow-up with participants). * Editing audio and video content created for e\-learning. * Knowledge of learning methodologies and training methods. * Responsible for onboarding and delivering welcome courses for new hires. **Requirements:** --------------- **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, Educational Sciences, Education and Development, Pedagogy, Industrial Design, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields (near graduation or graduated). * Experience: Minimum of 1 year managing platforms or working within a training department, designing instructional materials. * Desired: Basic to intermediate English proficiency. * Desired skills: Illustrator, Powtoon, Adobe\-After Effects, Audotonic, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva. * Work location: Corporativo Laudex, Santa Fe. * Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm).
