(Graduate). **Language**: English (Intermediate/Advanced). **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in the automotive industry. **Purpose of the position**: Provide support to the Supply Chain Preparation team in activities related to the Engineering Change process and its associated bill of materials, by conducting audits on information generated within the department. As well as generating reports and indicators for coordinating activities with departments involved in the New Product Introduction process, implementation of Engineering Changes, and supplier connections to EDI. **Responsibilities**: * Generate and update performance indicators for the Supply Chain Preparation department activities. * Conduct internal and external audits related to material lists in the SAP system. * Actively participate in VPS projects established in the Supply Chain strategic focus. * Support analysis and implementation of Engineering Changes, including definition of Break Point and Action Plans, ensuring necessary activities with involved departments. * Issue layout per batch for implementation of engineering changes based on production scenario. * Define internal material logistics flow through the plan tool for each part. * Manage control and alternative uses of obsolete materials resulting from engineering change implementation. * Support approval of material returns from production departments. * Participate in continuous improvement activities through institutional programs in Organizational Development and VPS (Volvo Performance System). * Support connecting new suppliers to EDI and reprocessing idocs in the SAP system. * Observe and comply with safety regulations established by the organization. * Follow safety guidelines according to job responsibilities. * Pay attention to programs addressing disabling accidents, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near-misses. * Observe and comply with all guidelines established by environmental authorities and the organization, as well as participate in environmental audit programs and action plans. **Location**: Tultitlán, State of Mexico.
