




Position Summary: Lead the implementation and supervision of the Youth Move Mexico project for adolescents and youth on the move, managing strategic partnerships. Key Highlights: 1. To achieve its vital mission, it is seeking a: **Youth Mobility Project Coordinator (Youth Move Mexico) (project from June 2026 to July 2027\)** **Position Objective:** Lead the implementation of the *Youth Move Mexico* project under the strategic humanitarian aid program line, targeting adolescents and youth in situations of human mobility, within the Family Strengthening Programs in Tijuana and Alternative Care in Comitán. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement the annual *Youth Move* project plan, ensuring proper execution through coordination and field support for technical teams and facilitators. * Supervise and monitor the project’s programmatic activities, guaranteeing timely achievement of targets, indicators, and established results. * Manage and strengthen strategic institutional and organizational partnerships contributing to the proper functioning, sustainability, and impact of the *Youth Move* project. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as videoconferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams) and tools for designing interactive, dynamic, and creative presentations (e.g., Canva or Prezi). * Minimum two years of direct experience working with girls, boys, adolescents, and youth in situations of human mobility. * Minimum two years of experience in accompaniment processes supporting community integration of youth on the move, including areas such as education, employability, mental health, and migration regularization. * Minimum two years of experience developing processes oriented toward autonomous living, access to decent employment, and strengthening entrepreneurship initiatives among youth in situations of human mobility. * Minimum one year of experience managing and strengthening strategic partnerships with civil society organizations, international agencies, and government institutions in favor of youth on the move. **Requirements:** · A university degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology, Human Rights, or related Social Sciences and Humanities fields is mandatory. · Minimum one year of experience providing services to minors/families or youth in situations of human mobility **Compensation:** · Direct employment contract with the organization under a nominal scheme (for the duration of the project). · Base salary. · Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **Competencies:** · Frustration tolerance. · Emotional intelligence. · Teamwork. · Strategic planning. · Inclusion. · Continuous learning. · Assertive communication. · Empathy. · Leadership. · Proactivity. · Adaptability to change. *Note: This position involves working with an international non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to children’s rights and human rights, and is subject to strict controls and security measures throughout the selection process.
