Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Objective:** To serve and ensure compliance with service levels and standards for customers, distributors, and internal AXA teams according to established service guarantees, adhering to policies and regulations, clarifying requirements, and supporting administrative functions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve customers, distributors, and internal teams by supporting compliance with service levels and KPIs per service guarantees, through coordination, administration, and synergy with central departments — particularly regarding escalated claims, KPI achievement, reporting and presentations, and claims administration. * Participate in training sessions to reinforce processes and newly implemented changes, addressing questions and gathering feedback to promote continuous improvement and adherence to established policies and regulations. * Respond to and ensure timely processing of escalated procedures. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree; currently pursuing (Accounting) * Language: N/A * Type and duration of experience: Experience in the health insurance sector (preferred) * Knowledge: Integrated Management System (SGMM), Accounting (tax) * Tools: Intermediate Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, formulas) **Competencies:*** Results orientation * Organizational skills * Business knowledge * Motivation and inspiration **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow both personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better each day.
