Drives continuous improvement and reliable production. **Capital Humano Laguna is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor in Monclova, Coahuila de Zaragoza** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Functional Competencies** * **Quality Standards:** Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949\. * **Data Analysis (Excel):** Advanced use of pivot tables and formulas for KPI monitoring (PPM, Scrap). * **Executive Reporting (PowerPoint):** Preparation of results presentations and root cause reports (8D). * **Process Control:** Proficiency in SPC, Cp/Cpk, and interpretation of technical drawings. * **Inspection Management:** Experience in IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes. * **Problem Solving:** Methodologies including 5\-Whys, Ishikawa, and corrective actions (CAPA). * **Documentation:** Administration of control plans and technical records. **Soft Competencies** * **Leadership:** Effective supervision of personnel and management of technical teams. * **Attention to Detail:** Accuracy in defect detection and data analysis. * **Communication:** Assertive ability to interact with production and customers. * **Decision Making:** Capacity to act decisively during critical incidents. * **Professional Ethics:** Objectivity and confidentiality in quality judgments. **Main Responsibilities and Requirements** * **Operational Supervision:** Ensure proper product inspection at all stages. * **Indicator Analysis:** Validate KPIs and defect trends to support continuous improvement. * **Change Control (ECN):** Manage immediate implementation of engineering changes on the shop floor. * **Reporting Management:** Coordinate monthly reports to management using Excel and PowerPoint. * **Personnel Administration:** Track attendance and incidents * **Customer Support:** Lead root cause analysis and response to external complaints. * **Audits:** Provide active support during internal and external audits, as well as project validations. * **Document Management:** Maintain up-to-date quality certifications and departmental records. **Job Objectives** Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and technical specifications.
