




Job Summary: We are seeking an Educational Psychologist to contribute to students' emotional well-being, academic achievement, and educational guidance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Student detection, intervention, and follow-up. 2. Support for parents, teachers, and school administrators on emotional and academic topics. 3. Psychological counseling and advisory services for students and teachers. We are looking for an **Educational Psychologist** to join our team of professionals, with the goal of contributing to students' **emotional and psychological well-being**, strengthening **academic achievement**, and supporting processes related to **educational guidance, school coexistence, and institutional development**. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Student detection, intervention, and follow-up, including cases of **new admissions and re-enrollments**. * Providing psychological support, educational guidance, and psychopedagogical follow-up to students. * Supporting and advising **parents, teachers, and school administrators** on emotional, behavioral, and academic matters. * Managing **individual and/or group psychopedagogical activities**, as well as **group observation** of students. * Strengthening the **student–teacher relationship** and promoting a positive learning environment. * Implementing, monitoring, and enforcing the SEP's **School Coexistence Manual** and the institution's **Internal Regulations**. * Reporting and referring situations involving students, parents, or teachers to the **relevant authorities**. * Evaluating the **organizational climate** and participating in the planning of courses, inductions, and training sessions. * Participating in **staff recruitment and selection processes**. * Designing and delivering **induction programs** for teaching and administrative staff. * Providing **psychological counseling and advisory services** to students and teachers. * Administering, interpreting, and following up on **psychological assessments**, as well as conducting **psychological interviews**. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology (degree certificate and professional license required). * Experience in academic achievement and educational guidance. * Experience in students' emotional and psychological well-being. * Experience in supporting parents and collaborating with teachers. * Experience in staff recruitment and selection. * Knowledge of and experience applying **NOM-035**. * Desired: experience in organizational climate assessment and implementation of training and induction programs. ### **Skills and Competencies** * Empathy and professional ethics. * Situational leadership and collaborative teamwork. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Organization and planning. * Ability to manage pressure, stress, and conflict. * Adaptability to change. * Creativity and critical thinking. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Discretion, integrity, and responsibility. * Perseverance and results orientation. * Administration and interpretation of psychological assessments. * Knowledge of and experience conducting psychological interviews. ### **Ideal Profile** A person with **solid training in psychology**, an educational vocation, and commitment to **holistic development**, **emotional well-being**, and **school coexistence**. **Join a team dedicated to students' academic success and emotional well-being.**
