Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security regulations **Payroll Manager** An accounting services firm with a presence in Polanco, CDMX, seeks a professional with extensive experience to lead the payroll department, ensuring efficient processes, regulatory compliance, and appropriate service to internal and external clients. **Position Conditions:** * Location: Polanco, Mexico City * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Employment Type: Full-time **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (graduated or intern). * Minimum of **8 to 10 years** of experience in payroll administration. * Prior experience in managerial roles. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, and payroll processes. * Ability to lead teams, make decisions, and prioritize tasks. * Effective communication and results-oriented mindset. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Management and supervision of the end-to-end payroll process. * Review and authorization of payroll calculations, severance settlements, and liquidations. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security regulations. * Coordination and oversight of the payroll department team. * Support and assistance during internal and external audits. * Continuous updating in response to changes in labor and tax laws. * Specialized advisory services to clients and internal departments. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Christmas bonus. * Paid time off. * Job stability and professional development. * Positive organizational climate. ***Apply through this channel to begin the selection process and schedule an interview.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
