A company with over 32 years of experience in the national and international logistics sector is seeking, due to expansion and growth: **Organizational Development Leader** Objective: Design, lead, and implement Organizational Development strategies that strengthen culture, drive change management, and align talent with the organization’s strategic objectives—ensuring sustainability, performance, and organizational growth. **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced specialization or master’s degree in Organizational Development, Change Management, or Human Talent is desirable. **Experience:** * 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development. * Experience leading cultural transformation projects. * Experience managing teams (desirable). **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the Organizational Development strategy aligned with the strategic plan. * Develop and drive initiatives related to culture and organizational climate. * Design leadership and talent development programs. * Implement performance evaluation models and succession plans. * Support leaders in team-strengthening processes. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Change Management * Culture and Organizational Climate * Performance Evaluation * Strategic Planning * KPIs and Talent Analytics * Project Management Salary: $30,000.00 – $35,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
