Align talent with strategic objectives. **Organizational Development Executive** Design, implement, and monitor organizational development initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture, leadership, workplace climate, and employee performance, thereby contributing to the company’s sustainable growth and aligning talent with the business’s strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement organizational and leadership development programs. * Coordinate organizational climate assessments and analyze results. * Develop strategies to strengthen organizational culture. * Design and implement performance evaluation processes. * Monitor individual and organizational development plans. * Analyze metrics related to talent, performance, and workplace climate. * Design initiatives that enhance staff integration and engagement. * Support organizational change management processes. * Prepare reports and improvement proposals for senior management. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with focus on organizational development, talent management, and organizational leadership. **Knowledge** * Organizational development. * Organizational culture. * Performance evaluation. * Change management. * Workplace climate. * Leadership program design. * Human capital metrics. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **We Offer** * Gross monthly base salary: $25,000.00 * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Additional benefits upon signing an indefinite-term contract. **Work Location:** Naucalpan de Juárez, on Avenida Primero de Mayo.
