This opportunity is for you. **Position Objective** Design, implement, and monitor Organizational Development strategies, change management, culture, performance, engagement, and leadership initiatives—ensuring alignment between business strategy and employees, driving the sustainability of **Culture** and the professionalization of the organization. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement **Change Management and Organizational Culture** strategies. * Promote continuous improvement and strengthen leadership through coaching and advisory support. * Implement and manage the **Performance Evaluation and Feedback** process. * Conduct organizational diagnostics and follow up on action plans. * Support **talent promotion and development** processes. * Update organizational charts and job descriptions. * Implement **recognition, engagement, and employee experience** programs. * Coordinate key events such as Family Day, the Race, and other initiatives. * Manage the annual calendar, departmental budget, and Organizational Development documentation. * Supervise and coordinate the Organizational Development Assistant. ### **We Offer** * **Gross monthly salary:** $18,000 * **Bonuses:** * 10% punctuality bonus * 10% attendance bonus * **Grocery vouchers:** $1,150 per month * **Work schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ### **What We Are Looking For** Strategically minded individuals with strong communication skills, passion for organizational culture, continuous improvement, and talent development. **Apply now and join an organization that believes in its people and its culture.**
