You will be a key player in designing and implementing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and performance of our employees across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Design and implement training, capacity-building, and talent development programs. * Manage and analyze performance evaluations and continuous improvement plans. * Coordinate organizational diagnosis processes and change management. * Drive organizational culture, workplace climate, and employee engagement initiatives. * Design career and succession plans in coordination with area leaders. * Analyze key human capital indicators and generate impact reports. * Collaborate with the HR department on internal process improvement projects. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in organizational development or human capital. * Knowledge of performance management and organizational learning methodologies. * Strong communication, project leadership, and data analysis skills. * Proficiency in Office tools and HR platforms (preferred). * Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and strong teamwork capabilities. * Work Mode: On-site · Full-time * Required Experience 2\+ years in the field * Education Bachelor’s degree (graduated)
