We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Planning Coordinator** to lead our planning team and ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and information throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in supply chain management, logistics, material planning, warehousing, inventory control, procurement, and production coordination. This position requires strong leadership skills to manage personnel, excellent communication across different departments, and experience in configuring SAP parameters. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the work team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation. * Develop, implement, and monitor planning strategies to support production requirements, engineering changes, and new product introductions. * Manage and optimize inventory levels through effective cycle counting, material planning, and warehouse coordination. * Ensure timely and accurate purchasing activities aligned with demand forecasts and production schedules. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company objectives. * Analyze and maintain SAP system parameters (MRP, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, etc.) to ensure accurate planning and execution. * Identify risks and bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement corrective actions to maintain supply continuity. * Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize overall supply chain performance. * Support compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and external regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in supply chain, material planning, logistics, or production coordination. * Proven experience in team management and development. * Solid knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, procurement, and warehouse operations. * Experience coordinating engineering changes and new product introductions. * Proficiency in **SAP** with strong knowledge of parameter configuration and optimization. * Advanced English is essential (written and spoken). * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. * Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. **Desirable Skills:** * Experience in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. * Certification in supply chain management (APICS CPIM/CSCP or equivalent).
