




Job Description: **Requirements** \- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. \- Proficiency in Microsip. \- Proficiency in Excel. \- Personal vehicle. **\- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT)** **Responsibilities** \- Weekly recording of attendance incidents. \- Employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel record updates. \- Maintaining system data up to date. \- Participating in, monitoring, and following up on payroll calculations. \- Accurate preparation of employee severance settlements. \- Implementing organizational development programs and team-building events. \- Tracking and recording attendance, bonuses, compensations, etc. \- Following up on employee performance evaluations. \- Providing guidance and support regarding employee-related issues. \- Visiting work sites to verify employee status. \- And other duties as assigned. **Schedule** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term, Seasonal Contract Duration: 4 months Salary: Up to $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking * Company phone Education: * Completed Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Human Resources: 2 years (Mandatory) * Microsip: 2 years (Mandatory) * Federal Labor Law: 2 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
