Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Carry out security assessment activities aimed at preserving and enhancing the security level across the Technology Infrastructure, Applications, Technical and Administrative Controls, and Business Processes—with the primary goal of supporting business activities and requirements to be executed securely, thereby protecting AXA’s, its customers’, and its investors’ information. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve as the Security Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IT and business units to ensure all initiatives meet security requirements. * Contribute to the development and updating of security policies. * Conduct assessments of projects and initiatives submitted to Security, with the objective of providing guidelines (requirements) and/or recommendations to ensure such services operate in accordance with AXA’s Information Security Standards. * Monitor compliance with security requirements by establishing indicators to measure and report institutional-level compliance status. Conduct effectiveness reviews of technical and administrative controls aligned with: * * Regulatory requirements * Compliance standards * Industry best practices. **Requirements:** * Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related fields (completed) * Language: Advanced English. * Type and Duration of Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Security and IT areas. * Knowledge: Security standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27000, NIST, etc.) and regulatory requirements regarding information security. * Certifications/Courses (Desirable): Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) Certified Information Systems Auditor. * Tools: Intermediate Office suite proficiency. * Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX. **Competencies:** * Organizational Ability. * Motivation and Inspiration. * Results Orientation. * Business Acumen. **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide you with a path to enhance your skills, grow both personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better each day.
