Leadership and assertive communication **Job Objectives** Plan, direct, and control product handling in storage under optimal quality and delivery-time conditions to ensure timely and consistent supply of inputs to various departments of the group. **Profile:** * Gender: Not specified * Education: Bachelor's degree * Flexible working hours * Experience: Warehouse and personnel management; cyclic inventories, FIFO, product rotation. **Skills:** * High level of organization and planning * Leadership * Assertive communication **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate actions to fulfill requirements for raw materials, services, and inputs necessary for the group's operational activities * Ensure consistent and timely supply of production and sales materials according to commercial terms agreed upon with customers * Review and approve internal and external warehouse receipts and dispatches * Supervise proper operation of various warehouses/cooling chambers * Fulfill administrative responsibilities related to audits, including follow-up and resolution of identified areas for improvement * Verify that invoices and purchase orders match entries in Microsip * Supervise follow-up on returns, exchanges, etc. * Manage operational staff based on daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled work plans * Plan, execute, and review selective and cyclic inventories **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Punctuality and attendance awards * Annual Christmas bonus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
