Job Summary: Train employees to positively impact service, supporting the planning, execution, and design of training programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop skills that positively impact service. 2. Design and deliver specialized training programs. 3. Create innovative instructional materials and evaluate learning. **Responsibility** Train CM employees across various service units, with particular emphasis on developing skills that positively impact the service delivered by service units and technological systems. **Functions** * Support the planning and execution of training deployment strategies across service units and corporate functions. * Develop content, create participant and facilitator guides, presentations, descriptive letters, session plans—both traditional and online. * Design, plan, and deliver training programs focused on clinical, technical, and process-related topics. * Conduct in-person training sessions, assessments, and analysis of results. * Analyze and prepare required reports to measure participation and training effectiveness. * Manage course participants within the Learning Management System (LMS). * Identify training needs across service units. * Audit and support training processes within service units. * Develop innovative instructional materials and learning resources. * Evaluate participants’ learning and provide constructive feedback. * Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality guidelines in training processes. **Highest Level of Education** Engineer, Bachelor’s degree holder, or Administrator. **Relevant Field of Study** Bachelor’s in Psychology, Bachelor’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Organizational Development. **Language** English \- Basic **Is Travel Required?** Yes Frequency: Occasionally Puebla, Reynosa, Leon, Irapuato, Merida, Chihuahua, Saltillo. **Technical Knowledge** Trainer skills Instructional techniques Project management tools Information adaptation **Equipment / Machinery / Software Proficiency:** Presentation software.
