KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish and monitor talent attraction initiatives by building partnerships with allies, providing training to people managers on interviews for persons with disabilities, and developing assessments tailored to different types of disabilities and operational needs. * Develop and keep updated training materials, and instruct local site teams on inductions, certification adaptations, exams, and training pathways that support the development of employees with disabilities. * Lead mindset change within and outside the organization regarding the importance of inclusion at Nestlé through awareness sessions, communication campaigns, and acting as a sponsor both internally and externally as part of the employer branding strategy.
