SNAPSHOT OF THE POSITION: * Location: HUB Toluca (Chocolate and Beverages Factory, CAF Nestlé and Coffee, Culinary and PAC Factory). \| Services are also provided to other factories nationwide. * Profile: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Administration, Pedagogy or related field. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. * Experience in: Group management, building alliances with organizations promoting inclusion, staff training. OBJECTIVE: Responsible for the attraction, retention, and development of employees with disabilities through the creation and follow-up of initiatives and programs aimed at integrating talent with disabilities into Nestlé's operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish and monitor talent attraction initiatives by building partnerships with allies, providing training to people managers on interviews for persons with disabilities, and developing assessments tailored to different types of disabilities and operational needs. * Develop and keep updated training materials, and instruct local site teams on inductions, certification adaptations, exams, and training pathways that support the development of employees with disabilities. * Lead mindset change within and outside the organization regarding the importance of inclusion at Nestlé through awareness sessions, communication campaigns, and acting as a sponsor both internally and externally as part of the employer branding strategy. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: * Knowledge of human rights legislation. * Training and talent attraction for people with disabilities. * Practical experience in designing non-discriminatory corporate policies and emergency measures that ensure equal opportunities. * Mexican Sign Language. * Group management skills. * Proficiency in digital tools (Office suite, CANVA, etc).
