Project to implement processes, policies, and internal improvements HR Manager About the Role We are looking for an **HR Manager with managerial expertise and strategic vision**, capable of **making decisions, solving problems, and leading change** to strengthen and professionalize the HR function. This role is for someone who **thinks in terms of structure, impact, and results**, with a solid foundation to ensure day-to-day operations without remaining solely at the operational level. The candidate will **lead a team** and play a pivotal role in **process improvement, culture enhancement, and employee experience optimization**. Key Responsibilities * Leadership and strategy for the HR function * Oversee end-to-end HR operations with a focus on **order, efficiency, and continuous improvement**. * Translate business needs into **clear policies, processes, and decisions**. * Serve as a trusted point of reference for leaders and employees on matters related to **labor relations, communication, and change management**. Talent & Employee Experience * Manage the full-cycle **recruitment** process (administrative, staff, and key roles), improving quality and time-to-fill. * Strengthen initiatives related to **retention, organizational climate, internal communication, and culture**. * Implement **organizational development** activities, training, and evaluations (DNC, performance, and follow-up). Administration & Compliance * Ensure labor law compliance and proper personnel administration: **hiring/termination, IMSS, incident reporting, and payroll preparation**, with control and traceability. * Supervise documentation, controls, and critical processes, ensuring standards and risk prevention. KPIs & Management Control * Define, monitor, and report on **HR KPIs**: turnover, absenteeism, coverage, time-to-hire, and compliance. * Identify root causes, propose solutions, and execute action plans with follow-up. Ideal Profile * **Bachelor’s degree** in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **+5 years** in generalist HR roles with full functional responsibility (preferably including managerial components). * Solid knowledge of: * Personnel administration (Mexican Federal Labor Law, IMSS, incident reporting, payroll preparation) * Recruitment and selection * Training / DNC * Organizational Development, climate, culture, and internal communication * Metrics and process improvement * **ERP proficiency** (HR / Personnel Administration) and **Office suite**. * **B2 English** preferred. * **Team leadership responsibility** (leadership, coordination, and follow-up).
