Drive organizational culture and employee well-being initiatives **HR Coordinator** **Location:** Monterrey, NL (operations across 3 branches: Barragán, Contry, and Miravalle) At **Zoom Car Wash**, we are a company focused on delivering fast, efficient, and high-quality automotive care services. We are currently seeking to strengthen our operations by formally structuring the Human Resources department. We are looking for a professional to lead the creation, implementation, and comprehensive management of HR processes, with direct impact on **3 company branches**. **Position Objective** To comprehensively design, implement, and manage HR processes, ensuring proper personnel administration, regulatory compliance, and organizational development across the three business units. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement the full recruitment and selection process for operational and administrative staff. * Manage HR operations across **3 branches**. * Design, consolidate, and safeguard personnel files and document control. * Process employee hiring, termination, and transfers with IMSS. * Establish attendance controls, incident tracking, and payroll coordination. * Design and implement onboarding and training processes. * Manage labor relations, conflict resolution, and separation procedures. * Develop internal policies and ensure compliance with current Mexican labor legislation. * Drive organizational culture and employee well-being initiatives. * Generate HR metrics and reports for decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of **4 years** of experience in a similar role. * Experience implementing HR processes (mandatory). * Knowledge of Mexican labor law, IMSS, and payroll processing. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. **Key Competencies** * Autonomy and results orientation * Organization and attention to detail * Problem-solving ability * Effective communication * High level of confidentiality **We Offer** * Salary: **MXN $20,000 – $22,000 net per month** * Statutory benefits * Opportunity to structure and lead the Human Resources department * Professional growth within the organization Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
